Wedding & Event Coordinator

Now that you've had checked all the boxes off and you need a person whom you can trust to execute all the things you have planned. You can count on me!

We will take over the communications with vendors, review the contracts, create a timeline and help to ensure the entire day runs smoothly.

Process & Packages

Initial Consultation (free):

Before you decide to hire us, an initial consultation will help us to understand the general picture of your dream day and help you to see if we are the right fit for your big day. After booking a consultation, a questionnaire will be send out to collect further info for our meeting.

 

Booking With Us:

Once you hire us to be your wedding coordinator, we will invite you to our client portal which has tools to help you plan your day. It will also help us to keep track of the plans and progress before diving in 3 months prior the wedding.

3 months to the wedding day:

Our service will be kicked off with a detail meeting where we layout what else is missing and the next steps that need to be completed.

Wedding Day Timeline and Floor Plan:

One month before the wedding, we will put together a structured and informative timeline as well as a floor plan including all the vendors and parties.

Vendor Management:

We will take over the communications with vendors, review contracts and update them with the timeline and floor plan to make sure we all have the same information. 

We will be the point-of-contact to answer any and all concerns so that you can relax and enjoy every moment before you say "I do".

Rehearsal:

Rehearsal is important to go over the final details and answer any questions. This is also when we get to connect with the bridal party and family members. Let us know the time of your rehearsal as soon as you find out so we can ensure our attendance. 

Day-Of Coordination: Your big day is here! We will be there getting the decors, flowers, tables and chairs ready just how you like it. You get to enjoy spending time with your bridesmaids, getting pampered by your makeup artist.

We will also orchestrate the timeline, keep tabs on DJ, MC, catering,  temperature and entertainment etc. If there should be any problems, we will be present to handle them gracefully. 

The cherries on top:

Access to our Emergency Kit at no charge which includes crafting tools, hair and makeup, first aid, etc.

 

Behind the scene iPhone photos and videos that we are able to capture during your day (within our ability) will be sent to you within 24 hours so that you can brag about it when it is still hot!

Wedding Coordinator services start at $1,800 including One Lead Planner and One Assistant on-site for 10 hours. 

Wedding Coordinator services begin 3 months before the wedding day.

Add-on Services

Additional On-site Hour/ Concierge ($50 per hour): This is a great add-on to our Wedding Coordinator Package for couples who need a helping hand with things such as: final venue walk-through, attending meetings on your behalf or any event-related errands.

Reel and TikTok videos ($100 per video): We will be using the footage we shoot to create sentimental and/or trendy short videos for your social medias. They will be scheduled to post so you don't have to lift a finger.
